CMS & DXP

Integrations that keep a content platform — pages, articles, products, and taxonomy — in sync with an Interakt Search Index, so site search and chat always reflect what editors have published.

  • Storyblok — a one-time backfill plus a publish webhook keep an index current, with drop-in search and chat widgets on the site.
  • Hygraph — two indexes covering a commerce and editorial catalogue, a signed publish/unpublish/delete webhook, a custom search page, the chat widget, and a re-feed button built with the Hygraph App Framework.
  • Sanity — a GROQ-powered webhook that ships the projected document in its payload, so the handler needs no refetch, plus a reconciling backfill, a custom search page and the drop-in widgets.

More platforms coming soon. The shape is transferable: decide a flat document shape with a shared field vocabulary, backfill it, keep it current from the platform's own publish events, and point a Search Experience and an AI Experience at the result.
